“We are so happy with our kombucha kit. I was really nervous at first but it was really easy and stress free. I had a few questions about flavouring the kombucha and I got a response the next day with links to recipes. Also during the brewing process I noticed some discolouration in the scoby so I sent another question... the next day I got a response asking me to send a pic of the scoby and he replied straight away saying that it was just yeast and totally normal.
