“It was easy to set up as per the instruction sheet. I had a little issue with the handle for the top of the tap being separated from the Tap during transit (these things happen) but I called Karl and he was very helpful and described how to re-attach the handle. This is what I like to experience when I purchase on the net; that you can get some after sales service, so this was a big plus for me. Very happy with my purchase at this stage. It's early days as the Kombucha is still in the early fermentation stage of the process (3 days in), I hope to update on the result! Alan.”
