The 8 liters kit is perfect for a continuous brew of kombucha tea. It has everything you need to start and keep brewing. I bottle 3.6 liters out of 4 that can be made every week.
Using 2 empty wine bottles I infuse 20 grams of ginger and 10 ml of lemon juice in 600 ml or tea each bottle, leaving it to sit for 1 week.
After a week 1200 ml of tea from the 8 liter jar is flavored with a 600 ml ginger mix and strained before bottling. The flavored bottled tea is ready after a 2 days.”
