Without seeing a photo, it's hard to know exactly what you're describing, but things like body oils, medications, and even external factors like temperature changes can cause marks to appear on all jewellery, but these can usually be cleaned off easily. Every order includes a polish pad, which should help bring your piece back to a nice shine. If you get in touch, we’re more than happy to take a closer look and guide you further.
