“Pendant itself i am happy with but the ring to add onto necklace was too small to fit onto my chain, we opened up the ring ourselves but ruined it trying to clamp it back together. I will add my chain is also from your store, I was buying an extra pendant for it. The other pendants I have come on and off very easily, the ring on my new one was just too small.”
Hi Steph, thanks for your review. You've raised a great point, as we've been adding products to our range we missed the different sizes jumprings required for the additional pendants now.
