“Absolutely loves items but I’ve had to replace the chain twice in 15 months, unfortunately keeps falling apart.
Customer service advised me the 180 day warranty is not valid unless it was the clasp.
Was also told my only option is to continually buy a new chain every 6 months when they break
Super disappointing as I loved the pieces but I’m not spending $70 every 6 months to replace it.”

We always aim to be as clear as possible with our warranty and care information, and I just wanted to gently clarify a couple of things that appear to have been misunderstood. Our 180 day warranty absolutely covers manufacturing faults in the chain, jump rings, and clasp. It’s not limited to just the clasp. In your case, both breaks were mid-chain and outside the warranty window, and unfortunately gold-filled chains can’t be repaired when one of the mid-chain links has broken.
No where have we said you’ll need to replace your chain every 6 months, we completely understand that wouldn’t be a fair expectation. We simply offer a discounted chain replacement option to help customers keep enjoying their jewellery well beyond the warranty period.
