“I recently purchased the additional large pendant. While I’m very happy with the quality, it doesn’t have a large enough ring for my existing kbn small birth flower chain. I therefore can’t add it. Am I able to purchase a larger ring so I can add it to my chain?”
Hi Leanne, thank you so much for your feedback. Our additional pendants, as mentioned in the product description, don’t slide onto our chains directly. They do need to be added using pliers, it’s a tiny, quick job, and we’ve got a little guide on our website if you’d like to give it a go. If not, we can definitely add a larger jumpring if you send your pendant back to us. Just email our team and we'll provide our return address, or if you'd like to chat through other options too! 💛
