I think it just needs a more substantial chain. I have spoken to a few jewellers and they will not fix the chain due to the quality.”
Oh dear, I'm sorry this has happened, our chains are definitely dainty but are usually durable for normal everyday wear. We typically don't advise trying to repair a chain as if it's been snagged it's likely other links are also damaged so fixing one link isn't a great solution.
