“The earrings are absolutely beautiful and I love the design. I ordered the 14mm hoops and I would consider sizing up to the 16mm because they are super difficult to put on and close. I can't close one of the earrings either because I think the insert is too long to easily slip back into the opening - I think this may be a fault. Otherwise beautiful design that can be worn day and night and with any outfit.”

Although these are stunning pieces to look at, I’m quite disappointed in the quality.
The pendants have dints and scratches on the back and the hoops that go into the ear are fiddly and of very poor quality. It was difficult to put them in, and even more difficult to ensure the hoops were not damage”

Thank you for reaching out, although I am sorry to hear you've been left feeling disappointed, this of course isn't the experience we want for any of our customers.
We do try to be quite transparent when it comes to our jewellery. This includes the backs of our pieces. As we hand stamp our pendants, blemishes will naturally show through the metal to the back, unfortunately there isn't a work around this with stamping I am sorry.
We do also appreciate your feedback about our hoops, these can be tricky to get in but once they’re in they shouldn’t come undone and are designed to be worn 24/7. A little trick we find helpful is to put them in backwards, so the post of the hoop goes through the back of your ear lobe to the front, then you can look in a mirror to make sure they're fastened right. If you try this and still no luck reach our to our customer care and they can replace them for you just in case there's an issue with this pair. Kindest Nikki xx
