“I found these earrings too hard to put on. I watched the video - but it would take me so long to try to close them at the back once they were in my ear. Now, after only wearing these maybe 3 or 4 times in just 2 months since purchasing , one has broken. I bought them to memorialise my pets. Very disappointed, and I wouldn't buy earrings with this sort of mechanism again.”

Thank you for reaching out, although I am sorry it is for this reason. These hoops can be tricky to get in but once they’re in they shouldn’t come undone and are designed to be worn 24/7. A little trick we find helpful is to put them in backwards, so the post of the hoop goes through the back of your ear lobe to the front, then you can look in a mirror to make sure they're fastened right.
