“This is a formidable single malt for the mellow, honey flavoured whisky. It is the best value single malt on the market.
Unfortunately this feels like I am writing an epitaph, as this premium whisky is being replaced in the market by a poor imitation in the Glenmorangie 12yo.”
“Glenmorangie The Original 10yo is the most mellow single malt that I have tasted in many years. It is great value for money, and beats many other single malts hands down for all-round flavour. Honey notes up front, and a nice lingering mellow finish.
I believe that it is being replaced by The Original 12yo, which I find the flavour to be a little more harsh on the pallet. Sad”
