“I'd not heard of this wine before but had it during a restaurant lunch and thought it was fantastic. It's a relatively new and not widely known winery in the Barossa, but with wines like this it won't take long before the secret is out. We were drinking a 2022 Bruce Shiraz, decanted it for a couple of minutes and then straight in. It was beautiful.”
