“Whilst I don't like sugary drinks and this is a bit sweet - I would happily drink this as a dry gin-like spirit rather than a liqueur, the resin notes are wonderfully whacky in this. I don't think it fits the description of citrusy and Mediterranean, it's more like a church chapel on a Greek Island in a bottle. And for this wonderful transportative quality I definitely recommend trying, especially as an interesting addition when hosting a dinner party and everyone can sip and exchange their thoughts. It's a conversation starter and whilst not for everyone, given it's like licking an ancient church, for the connoisseurs liking unique and new flavours or restaurants that are looking for innovative pairings, this one will be a hit.”
