“I like the machine. Customer service is a mess. I rarely write reviews...but this was weird. When I simply asked if they had any promotions going that I should know about, they could have simply said "not at the moment", but I got this long, weird and super arrogant response telling me that they don't ever give discounts to anyone and they are actually thinking about raising their prices soon.
Then the texts started rolling in because I had items in my cart....three marketing texts in the next 12 hours. One of them was at 1 AM! I tried to kindly let them know since we already had a thread going, but the response was weird...a smug "how could we possibly know what time zone you live in!".
I ordered the strips...I was fine that they didn't have a promotion...but I didn't appreciate being treated like an idiot for asking, or for being concerned about texts at 1 in the morning. It just didn't make any sense.”
