Hi Sandra, We are sorry that you had 3 readings that gave you the 30 reading. Normally a 30 means the blood sample size was too small. This is why when you retested you did receive better readings. It is very important to always use a large sample to get the best results.

“I love my keto monitor and usually have zero issues, This latest set of test strips I have had Lo readings or E-R messages. I am not sure if i got a bad "lot" of strips or what the issue is. The Keto strips are working fine.”
