“There was a delivery problem when I placed my order. The tracking information said that they didn't have my address, even though I provided it when ordering. KM made it right however, and sent me a replacement order. I appreciate that KM honored this, I only with they had expedited my order, since I went several days without being able to measure my blood sugar and ketones. Additionally, several of the Ketone test strips did not work because the blood didn't make it all the way into the test strip(s). I haven't had the problem with prior test strips.”
