“I could not find the code key. I called customer service and they kindly sent me out a replacement. They were very quick to respond which I really appreciate. As a suggestion, I do think the key code should be attached in some form to the bottle, instead of it be free floating...or perhaps future versions of the machines can be code free. I know older versions of blood glucose monitors were coded but now do not require it. Anyways, still a great product and big thanks to your customer support team!!!”
