When I opened the mailer, I found the Ketone Tester strip container CRUSHED, the strips scattered within the mailer, and the ketone code encoder in pieces. While the box containing the glucose strips where dented, the container and strips were intact. I immediately sent a email to Keto-Mojo support providing attached photos of the shipment condition. I received a near immediate response indicating they were sending out a replacement order which I just received yesterday. I cannot begin to thank Keto-Mojo enough for their excellent response!”
