Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I did some research and found that our customer support team sent you an email. Can you please check your email? You are very correct. The product that you ordered will only have one vial that has a batch number. You ordered Ketone strips and Glucose strips. Only Ketone strips will have a code number. You will not have a Code number on the Glucose strips. Please reach back out to our customer support.
