“This is the second time I have ordered the Promo bundle. The first order arrived everything was perfect. The second-order came in a padded envelope and the box on the keytone strips was crushed and had the seal was broken. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement no questions asked (I did send them a photo of the damaged product.) I am very pleased with their customer service. I would like to see them send the product in a box instead of an envelope or put a seal under the lid of the container so if the box does get crushed the plastic container is still sealed.
