“The product was great. That's why I ordered it. Receiving it? Not so great (or easy). I placed the order at 10:18 am on 2-7-20, a Friday morning. I was immediately charged. By Monday, I was concerned that I hadn't received a response yet, and your website didn't indicate it had been shipped, so I contacted your company. I was told my order had been received on Friday but it was after the cut off (REALLY? 10:18 am is the cut off for processing orders at your company). And nobody works on Saturdays. Or Sundays. So my order didn't get processed and "fulfilled" until Monday. DHL shipped it and it arrived at the Columbus, Ohio post office on 2:36 pm on 2-12-20 (Wednesday). Of course, the post office didn't deliver that until 4:10 pm the next day, Thursday, February 13th. Not sure what happened with your 2 day shipping, but you failed here. Maybe it's 2 day shipping if I stand on 1 foot and hop while all the moons are aligned and it happens to be a month ending with the letter 'Q.'”
