“Love the product (!!) but the company needs to figure out logistics and customer service. I placed an order on 9/1 and paid extra for priority mail. It's 9/12 and I don't have my supplies. I wrote to customer service to find out where the product is and was told there is no guarantee. What does this mean? No guarantee of product? Here is their exact reply: Only 2nd day and overnig\eht deliveries are guaranteed. Priority Mail and ground delivery packages are no longer guaranteed, as the shippers do not guarantee the dates and say they are for estimated delivery only.?
