“Our package was “delivered” but we never received it. This was the first time this occurred. I contacted the company and they immediately shipped a replacement.”
“I much preferred the glucose and ketone strips for the previous version of this meter. They were a lot more accurate. Sometimes when the reading seems unbelievable I will take it again and it is completely different. I am careful to follow all the directions for taking the blood with these strips but I still occasionally have this problem”
“I never got my order. I had to get a friend on San Francisco to receive it because you don't send to NZ. She sent it onward to NZ for me, and it was tracked. I just heard it was somehow "lost". I'm so upset. It was my choice to do it this way. I had one of the meters before and it was far superior to anything else I can find. I loved it. I'm gutted. I know you can't do anything about that but I'm still gutted and worse - I have no means to track my ratio of glucose and ketones. Others meters are not as sensitive or reliable. Did I mention I was gutted?”
