“It took about a month to receive the items when it was supposed to take up to 5-6 business days. I also didn't receive all of the items. I received an email about 3 weeks after placing the order that you were out of stock of the lancets (I'm assuming that's why it was taking so long to ship) but I didn't receive a refund, coupon, or notice if I would be receiving the lancets at a different time since I already paid for them. Overall this purchase experience was not great.”
