“My ketomojo is less than 3 months old it’s never worked properly the red glucose strips 50% read error on first try, 2nd ongoing problem it’s not recording my keto results, 3rd problem it now doesn’t connect to my phone via Bluetooth, the Bluetooth indicator on the meter doesn’t flash so the meter is faulty always has been from the first time I used it”
“The products are all just as I have come to expect, excellent. I have been ordering them from Amazon though, and this last order, I actually had to order from Keto mojo because Amazon was out of stock. I’m used to ordering them from Amazon and having them the next day or maybe 2 days later. This time, when ordering from Keto mojo, it took a week to receive them, and I ran out of supplies. I’d rather order from y’all than Amazon, but I can’t always afford to order a week or two ahead of time. Please see if you can figure out a way to get your product out to your customers faster without breaking the bank with shipping costs.
