“The foil packets are very hard to open up. I always feel as if I am going to rip or damage the test strip when I have to use so much force to tear the packet open. Cutting the packet still makes it difficult to extract the test strip from the packet, and risks cutting the strips. Are you going to develop another method to securely seal the test strip from air and moisture exposure, but also make it easier to open the packet? How about pull tabs which help to simply pull the packet apart the way sterile supplies ( eg syringes, needles) are packaged. I am also concerned that the control testing of the unit has such a large variance of “acceptable” results. There is a 50% spread in the acceptable test results with the control solutions. Why is there such a spread? If the speedometer on my car had a 50% spread in the “control” readings, I would be very unconfident about the accuracy of the speedometer. I’d probably get speeding tickets too. Why isn’t the control fluid fixed at a specific concentration in order yield a specific number on the meter? Would a 5% variance be possible?”
