“This is must when getting into and maintaining a state of ketosis. I had no idea that some of my protein drinks were kicking me out of ketosis, which inevitable stalls weight loss. I recommend this product for the Keto diet and the Carnivore diet. My only concern is the cost for the ketone strips, I believe its a dollar per strip...costly.”
