“I never received my package. When I reached out to customer service after it had clearly been lost in transit they told me it’s “probably on its way”. I had to take more time out of my day and reach out yet again two days later when it still had not arrived. I have been told replacements have been sent but was frustrated to not even be compensated considering I wasn’t taken seriously the first time and was brushed off and had to continuously take my time multiple times to try to right this wrong. As a customer this is disheartening and will consider taking my business elsewhere where I am taken seriously the first time and feel valued as a customer. Being a small business owner myself I have high standards for how customers are treated and believe in valuing consumers who choose to patronize my business. I felt under valued with this company; especially when my name wasn’t even spelled correctly when customer service followed up with me and proceeded to blow me off. I value my hard earned dollars I make through my small business and want to invest them in companies I trust and feel valued.”
