The first Bluetooth connection was very good and it worked well with the app. But since then I’ve had to redownload the app because the Bluetooth connection stopped syncing with the device and I’ve gone through a few test strips and gotten an E 2 message. The video tells you to reconfigure the date so it knows the strips are fresh but it still didn’t work after I had done it. Too expensive to have to go through test strips in the hope of a reading. Very disappointed.”
