“Very easy to use but only once you have watched a video as the instructions in the accompanying book are poor and difficult to see. I ended up using most of the strips before going online to figure out how to correctly use. The email with video instructions arrived a couple of days later which would have been helpful before the kit arrived.”

“Nice looking piece of kit, well explained in the accompanying paperwork and backed up by a lot of helpful videos. I struggled a little bit at first with the lancet device (no obvious way round to insert the lancets into the device) but got to grips in end I think. I find the GkI results useful in determining food choices where I aim always to be in a moderate level of GKI ketosis if I can.”
