“Great product, and great turn-around time for delivery! I am very happy, however, there is one small negative. We have ordered twice, and both times, the box of strips was damaged in the mail. Not sure where the responsibility lies, but the product itself was NOT damaged. Thank you and will be ordering again soon!!”
“ACCEPTABLE-ISH...These are a great product very accurate and trustworthy for getting a true ketone reading... I personly have had quite a few of the strips error out 10 to 12 per 50 pack so 20 to 24 in total from the two 50 packs I've bought so far and I feel that's a bit much”
Hi Levi, I am sorry that you are having an issue with the strips, Without knowing what the errors you received it is very hard to help and make sure this does not keep happening. All error codes are fixable and they are the meter telling you that there is an issue that needs to be corrected. If you can please contact our customer support we can help.
