“The reader is very easy to use and get used to even if you've never been required to check your blood before. HOWEVER, if you order a single bottle of ketone strips aside what's provided in your kit, don't be a dope like me and forget to look for a new coding strip in the box! At the time, I wasn't aware that starting a new bottle required a new coding strip so I'm not sure if one was in the box or not. My readings have been very wonky for the past couple weeks and made no sense. I read the FAQ support page and realized I've wasted 1/2 a bottle of ketone strips due to the reader not being calibrated for the new bottle. I contacted customer support via Facebook chat and they sent me a new bottle of strips...that I WILL NOT forget to calibrate my reader with! My poor fingertips had been suffering needlessly :) Excellent Product and even more excellent service!”
