“I felt like the customer service rep kept trying to blame me because the strips were not working correctly. I felt that I had a bad batch of strips! I have used 3 tubes of strips so far without any problems and my last tube every other strip or even more. 2 days ago I had to use 4 strips before I could get a reading. The customer service rep kept sending me a video of how to draw the blood and saying I must not be getting enough blood on the strip! I finally just said can we cut to the chase send me another tube these are bad strips!! I have went through over 100 strips and have never had 1 not even 1 have a problem. And finally, finally she said ok and sent out another tube of strips! I felt she needed to trust me and stop beating the dead horse!!”
