Since I am quite happy with my original ketone monitor device from your company., why would I buy a new model that uses a different strip. . Please keep manufacturing these ketone strips..”
“The strips are tough to get out of their package, takes a bit of effort. Not a big fan of having to use a strip and waste it for a calibration test. How often do I need to do it, not sure if once is enough. I mean If you have to calibrate something than that means it needs to be done more than once. Also once I used my smart phone and linked it up it was difficult for it to link up on several occasions when I took a test. I decided to order more of the old strips for the older version of the test monitor, will stay with that till they stop offering the strips.”
