“I recently invested in 2 keto mojo device kits. One fir me and one fir my daughter. I was very disappointed to find out that they have now been discontinued and that the strips are no longer being offered on amazon. Seems to be a forced updgrade business strategy which is not appreciated. These business strategies are not consistent with a company that actually care about or understands the importance of customer satisfaction. I’m struggling to decide whether to stay with keto mojo or not. it’s really not that hard to work in backwards compatibility to any design. It simply needs to be a design requiement so that you don’t leave your valuable customers hanging. We trusted you, but you don’t deserve that trust - Being a new business I would recommend making sure that you always strive to delight the customer. It’s too bad you have decided to abandon what seems to have been a great start to what could have been with respect to a complimentary product road map. Very poor choice in my mind. Hoping that you can quickly learn from this mistake.”
