“My husband purchased my keto meter for me for a Christmas gift I had been asking for. I was really excited about measuring my ketones. I used the first 10 strips right away and then ordered my first set of 50 strips hoping to really track my measurements. The box arrived partially destroyed and the chip was loose and end the packing bag. I had to dig through the trash to determine that it was still in the shipping bag. I think you need to improve your shipping method and use a more durable box as these items are very expensive. I also have given up on my meter because I have been doing keto for a long time and I can tell when I am in ketosis and the my meter is unreliable. I can do two measurements in a row and the results are all over the place one strip will read 0.6 the next will read 0.1 (back to back measurements/same blood)…..I don't think it works.”
