“Since my new strips arrived, my meter will not work properly. Is there more than one type of strip and i was sent the wrong one. I know they are keto strips and not glucose. Please help.”

“I just Freshly opened the pack of 50 strips and they are giving good readings. The ten strips that came with the device gave poor readings all over the place. Must have been too old.”
