“The Keto-mojo test device and ketone test stripes work excellent. In the beginning we used it to determine whether we had reached into the beneficial area of Ketosis and also getting a picture of the variation due to eating, sleeping, training and also fasting during a day or week. The Keto-mojo is an indispensable item for the journey into a Keto or LCHF lifestyle. Works every time, measures precise and fast. At the moment our son uses it to track which ketone numbers trigger his Keto-rash, finding the sweet spot to avoid the rash but still be in ketosis. He had to learn the technique approaching the little blood drop on your finger, sliding from the side not from above. :-)”
