“the glucose strips are super worth it for the price for checking how foods effect your glucose levels. I always use the glucose first to see if its worth it to use the more expensive ketone strips as I know my glucose levels hover at lower levels in mmol/L when I'm in deeper ketosis. Great tool when you get to know it.”
