Fyi - difficulty syncing the device between my iPad and my iPhone. Everything works fine if I never take it out of my bedroom and always sync it with my iPad first thing in the morning. But last week my doctor requested I take readings throughout the day – which is easier if I use my iPhone in the kitchen and in the living room. When I returned my meter to the bedroom, it would not sync to my iPad.
I understand that the iPad is not supposed to be supported yet – but I've used it for 2 years. I was finally able to update my iPad by
(1) going to find my iphone and syncing that with my meter
(2) restarting both devices and logging off of my Keto-Mojo and logging back on.
(3) syncing my ipad w myketomojohealth
I'll think twice about ever taking readings during the day again – it's just way too big a hassle.
Here's hoping my ipad will read my meter readings tomorrow morning...”

“I’m having trouble syncing my phone to the GK+ meter. I’ve reached out to customer support but they r closed on the weekend. I also can’t download my warranty info. It keeps giving an error message. My last one worked perfectly! I’ll call Monday and see if I can have them help me fix it. Right now I’m frustrated. I don’t know if it’s human error or the meter.”
“Happy with the meter, but the lancet thing felt cheap and did not work. Wasted several lancets trying to get it to load properly before accepting it was malfunctional. I have been manually pricking myself with the provided lancets which is not ideal.”
