“I am having trouble and I can't find the solution in the manual. The month is wrong and never flashes. But worse, this morning the ketone strip did not work and now the strip is flashing with no drop above and not counting down. I have wasted 4 strips from not knowing why there is a problem and they are very expensive. HELP! Other wise it is fabulous to have both Keto and Glucose info in one purchase. I love know these numbers!”

“The kit works fine, but I dislike using it. My pain tolerance is low. I used it for two days and don't want to use it again. I only wanted it to measure ketone. Is there a way to test for only ketone and not glucose?”
