“I really like your device I think this device would meet my needs except for the fact that it will not sync automatically I still have the same issue although the recent replacement device you sent me at least we'll sink if I delete my device under my settings log out of mojo then log back in and when I log back in it discovers the device and says you have never synced to this device before do you want to sync now I say yes and it finds all of the testing results I've done Customer service was good you gave me a replacement device great however The same issue still exist My phone a Samsung s23 will not sync with your meter automatically it's only discovered when I first load the device after that no syncing. If I delete the device under settings and then perform my test and load it back up it says I've never used this meter before and it will sync. I really want to use this meter but I'm on the fence if I. I have to do all these additional steps. My other devices that I have bought don't have this issue but I like this meter because it can be used with my carb manager again still on the fence if I will continue it”
