“So far not so good.....The manual is not easy to understand. There are endless videos, which working people like me have no time to watch, but even though I took the time to watch them, they also are not helpful because many of the things that they tell you to do are not even appearing on my screen.
When I finally got to the point of testing my glucose, the meter was off by 70 points. 70 points higher than my fingerstick monitor that I have been using for years. Now I don't know whether to send it back or not. I decided to reach out to the company. I wrote an email since there doesn't seem to be a phone number allowing me to speak with a real human being. No one has responded to my email.
I had high hopes for this product, the last thing in the world. I need now is more stress and frustration.
I will try one more time to see if I can connect with anyone and if not, I'm sending this damn thing back and publishing my reviews.
You should not be charging this kind of money without making sure you are able to offer support to your customers.”
