“I had been measuring my ketone production with urine strips and then a breath analyzer and while I was not displeased with the readings, I saw several videos where it was suggested that blood testing was the most acurate way of tracking it. For the price of this unit I felt it was worth a try. I am very pleased with the results. It is very simple to use and I was surprised at how little blood is needed to do analysis. I used to have a glucose meter many years ago when I had a problem with blood sugar and i used to struggle getting enough blood to measure and often ended up wasting strips (which are not cheap).”
