“I’m really dissatisfied with my dealings with Keto-Mojo. I have been with them for a couple of years and have sent in to 2 meters for upgrades and new strips. However my last experience was unsatisfactory as I did not get the new strips. I tried to contact the support team but they never responded back. Then I got an email from the Start up Kit team asking for my feedback.

I would like to get this resolved as I do enjoy being able to test my blood glucose and ketone levels however having to buy new strips because my old strips are not working in the new device is becoming a little expensive. I would like to suggest that if you are going to change your product completely that you allow your customers to exchange they’re perfectly good old strips for a new strips. I feel a little ripped off about the strips. I feel a lot ripped off about having to buy this new meter and not getting the 60 new strips I thought I was getting for each test.”
“Is there any reason why you started to pack the strips in the most difficult to open way? Also I am getting too many false glucose readings on the meter. It takes me to measure it twice or check with another device. I really miss the previous version and its strips.”
