“I bought the new style meter thinking the test strips would be less expensive, but that doesn't seem to be the case at all.”

“I tried two strips. I could not get a reading on them. I tried to calibrate them but did not know how to find the calibrations score. I tried to call customer service, but was not successful in speaking with anyone.”

“Packages are too difficult to open. I need to use scissors and I'm afraid I'll damage the test strip. I'm sure they are better protected, but if they came in canisters would the cost be less?”
