“A bit expensive. Not that easy to get an individual strip out for use: a good pair of scissors (and a bit of care not to damage the strip) helps. Can’t tell how accurate the test results are — though they seem plausible — because I have no way of knowing. Including one extra strip or two and a fresh bottle of test solution with a 60-pack would be a great gimmick but probably would raise the price too much.”
“The cost is crazy, but they work well with my GK+. I do not like DHL as a delivery service. They go around the world which makes no sense. Georgia to Dallas to Shreveport just to come back to Texas.”
“Great product for anyone interested in doing some form of a ketogenic diet. It gives accurate insight into how certain foods are affecting ketosis and blood sugar levels, as well as fasting. For example, I was always curious about how coffee might affect ketosis (turns out my ketone levels go up after drinking the stuff, especially after about a month into the diet). Another example, I was always curious about the often-mentioned claim that eating excessive amounts of protein would kick me out of ketosis (turns out I can eat well-above 1 g protein/pound of bodyweight and still be in deep ketosis). In short, my keto-mojo meter has been an excellent tool for narrowing down what foods work best for me and enabling me to navigate some of the myths surrounding the diet.”
“Never had a problem with them working. They are sometimes hard to get out of the packaging if you don't tear it in the right place. They keep me on track.”
