“The strips work fine, but the packaging is terrible. As someone with diminished capabilities in their hands due to nerve damage, opening the individually wrapped strips is a chore. I need to have a scissors on hand to get into them, as there is no easy way to tear open the package. I know you say you have determined that the waste is lessened from a bull packaged set of strips, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that those with disabilities will struggle with your packaging.”
“Price is cost prohibitive. Some strips "don't work"....they test E2 error before they even have the strip well filled with blood. The time allocated to collect the sample runs out and then you have to use another strip.....again cost prohibitive.”
