“When I ordered in the past there was only 1 meter so only 1 ketone test strip. Not knowing there was a new meter out I went online to purchase new ketone test strips and just ordered the ones I seen. When they were delivered I opened it up and inserted it into my meter to find out it didn’t work. That’s when I went online and then noticed there is a new meter. I called and left a message to see what can be done but I never received a call back. I have 60 test strips at home which are quite expensive and it seems I can’t return/exchange them.

“I’ve just transitioned to the new Keto mojo and test strips in individual packages, and although I like the new meter, (it seems good quality and more advanced), I’m really struggling with figuring out how to open up the test strip packages. I’ll tear one open but then I still can’t quite get at the strip and I need to find scissors. Once I used scissors to open, trying to get closer to where the strip was (so I could grab it) but cut into the strip accidentally.
I still think you have a great product, but if I were to give any feedback is if there were a way to get the strips packaging easier to open would make it absolutely perfect.”
