“The meter and strips are useful, but they’re like purchasing a name-brand shotgun for $10, and shells for $1 each. As a result, I use them sparingly, and rely on approximate ketone measurements by breath meter and urine test strips.”

“The test strips are great. They are individually wrapped which keeps them fresh longer. They are a bit hard to open by hand, though, and I have used scissors even though I'm afraid of cutting the strips by accident. So far so good. :)”
