“Allow me to start by mentioning that my only past test strip experiences have been (and currently still are) my Contour next Blood Glucose Test Strips. The self-sealing container the Contour Test Strips come in ( 35 per container ) beats your almost impossible to open individual packages. Even when your pack opens, one must prepare for the frustration of trying to shake the test strip from the packet. In general, a trying experience to say the least. Next the Contour strips seem to load easier, and of the hundreds I've used, they have only failed to quickly and seamlessly pickup the blood sample once. Failure is approx. 1 in 3 with your strips. You may want to evaluate the Contour strip's mechanisms and packaging.. perhaps you could make some great improvements.”
“When I ordered in the past there was only 1 meter so only 1 ketone test strip. Not knowing there was a new meter out I went online to purchase new ketone test strips and just ordered the ones I seen. When they were delivered I opened it up and inserted it into my meter to find out it didn’t work. That’s when I went online and then noticed there is a new meter. I called and left a message to see what can be done but I never received a call back. I have 60 test strips at home which are quite expensive and it seems I can’t return/exchange them.
